Our Story

In 2018, Shivam Gupta founded Shivam Gupta Casting Pvt. Ltd., which has since evolved into one of India’s leading casting agencies known for its sharp eye for talent and storytelling precision.

Over the years, his diverse portfolio has spanned acclaimed films and web series such as Choked, Little Things 3, Chacha Vidhayak Hai Humare, Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein, Big Girls Don’t Cry, Asur 2, Panchayat 4, Gullak 3, and Costao. His upcoming projects include Space Generation, Haq, and several more under production.

Shivam began his journey assisting on landmark projects like Daddy, Trapped, Sacred Games 2, Mirzapur, and Raid — experiences that shaped his nuanced understanding of performance and storytelling.

Beyond casting, he has ventured into production with projects such as Laar, Rhino Charge, and Two Sinners. Notably, he served as Executive Producer on Songs of Forgotten Trees, which won Best Director in the Orizzonti section at the 82nd Venice Film Festival. Driven by a future-focused vision and a deep commitment to nurturing emerging talent, Shivam Gupta continues to redefine the art and craft of casting in contemporary Indian cinema.

Shivam Gupta has been following his passion – Casting, for half a decade. Shivam started his journey as a Casting Assistant in films like Daddy, Trapped and went on to be associated with films like Qarib Qarib Single, Raid, Batti Gul Meter Chalu and Sacred Games Season-2 amongst others as an Associate Casting Director and many other projects as a freelancer.
